I just want a cheaper offer. I don't use the service I'm paying for and therefore I'm after something cheaper.

If your contract is close to term, you can upgrade to a SIM Only deal, SIMO, via uSwitch.com if you are happy to keep your existing handset.
If not near to term, your MyO2 will tell you what remains of your Device Plan, then you can switch after paying that off. Guide: Cancelling Your Contract
Good luck, @Niko31789.

@Niko31789 To add to the advice from @pgn:
https://www.uswitch.com/mobiles/compare/sim_only_deals/o2/
Choose the deal you want.
This will automatically redirect you to the O2 website.
Just follow the prompts and choose the UPGRADE option.
Complete the deal and nothing on your account changes except the tariff at the new cheaper cost.
Payment date is the same and your next bill will be at a cheaper rate and will be made up of the pro rata cost of your old tariff and your new tariff.
The change should show in My O2 within 24 hours.
Volt benefits will still apply as will possibly a 3 month extra such as Disney+.

You are unlikely to get the cheapest prices therefrom @Niko31789, but it is always worth popping into your local O2 retail store and asking what they can do for you :-
