Just had email message about tarrif change to 02 refresh unlimited didn't request this. Anyone had similar please

Thank you, I have tried calling but got booted off, plus don't think I could hang in for 30 mins.

Unfortunately, there isn't an email address to write to for this. There could have been fraudulent activity on your account and this sort of thing needs looking into asap.
