Change of tariff charge

Just been charged 17£ for changing my tariff and only realised when I looked at my next bill. I wonder what this cost actually does apart from making me furious at O2. Love, your angry customer.

It will probably be pro rata, part of your old tariff, if you changed in the middle of your billing cycle. Give O2 a ring and they will talk you through it.

As Tracey said more than likely pro rata call customer service on 0800 587 4005 this is a faster number and you shouldn’t be on hold to long - hope this helps
