Hi I’ve changed my name by deed poll I have a cover letter and a certificate of my name change I can send by email or by post but I will need them sent back to me. Does anyone know how I can get this done ?

Prepare yourself for a [removed] if doing it by email. Me and my wife just got married and she’s struggling to get her name changed. She emailed the documents twice to them but apparently they cannot open the universal image file format that is jpg. But we can fax them over because apparently it’s 1987
