i have just upgraded but  change my mind and want to change for iphone 13 pro max

When did you upgrade, as you can only change the upgrade in the first 14days. 

To do this you will need to contact customer services on 202 from your o2 phone or 0344 809 0202 from any other phone. 

If you are outside the 14 days you will need to pay off the complete device plan to be able to upgrade..

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company
