Hi,
I have recently bought a S20 Ultra but coming from an iphone I am not happy with it.
I want to use the change of mind policy but I cannot get intouch with anyone from O2.
I am very concerned that the 14 day return policy will lapse and I will be forced to keep a phone I do not like.
Any help would be appreciated.

Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
