Due to coronavirus I cant seem to contact anybody to return a new phone I received as an upgrade as I want to change it. I dont want the 14 days to run out or will o2 extend this? I've tried all channels but it says I need to contact somebody to get the returns sorted. Any ideas? The phones not going to be taken out of the packaging so will still be brand new

Hi @Kris3 ,

In certain circumstances O2 will allow an Over 14 day return however your best bet is to email complaintreviewservice@o2.com stating that you cant get through to anyone in order to cancel your contract. This will give you proof that you tried to return within the original 14 day period thus making you eligible for an over 14 day cease.

Hope this helps
