One of my friends swaped his sim as he lost first one and changed his password for my o2 then after a week he upgraded to phone plan and o2 team put this into fraud and closed all his sim accounts what should he do.?
@Daud Not much he can do if it's in the hands of the fraud department. I'll tag an O2 account advisor, but I'm not sure if he can help. He'll be on at 8 am.
