You can change it in My O2. You will receive a security number to your registered number to confirm it is your account.

Far quicker to do it via My O2 though @Anonymous
Certainly better than sitting on the phone for long periods of time waiting for CS to answer.

Live chat are extremely unreliable & we do not usually recommend them for account questions

Ah ,if only life were so straightforward as it is in O2 land.....
Where your address is held depends entirely on what sort of contract/tarrif/payment arrangement you have. But isn't in the part of my O2 that contains 'your details' which you need an SMS verification for, which only contains your name, dob, sign-in and so on.
.
Instead your address is buried one or more times, somewhere in the billing subsystem if linked to a DD, as well as possibly somewhere else on the billing sub-subsystem to link to your account, + the device plan documentation if you have one, somewhere in the paygo account if you have one of those registered and so on.
You can change some of these yourself (payment details for billing address) but not others.
So all you need to do is forensically examine every aspect of all your account(s) on my O2 and track em down, change what you can, then contact Customer Service to take care for the ones you can't change yourself.
