Change of address for upgrading

I am due an upgrade but I am currently isolating in my parent's house rather than my rented accommodation, which is where my phone bill is registered to.

 

Is there a stage in the upgrading process online to change the delivery address so I can have the new phone sent to my current location?

Current customers can give a different address for delivery.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
