I would like to transfer my line, ownership and payment/billing to my son who is a resident at the same address.

Another option, if you are eligible for upgrade is for your son to go into store and take out a new contract, the number can then be ported over to your son's contract and yours will be closed. (England and Northern Ireland are the only stores open at the moment)
