To keep your EE number, fill in the form here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/device-and-sim-support/how-to-keep-your-mobile-number

To get a new number, just keep the one O2 have given you when you joined, or call O2 to request a change Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Guide: How to change your mobile number

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
