Hi there,
So I'm getting nuisance calls from a private number from someone I no longer wish to speak to. I've blocked them but they are calling me off another number but on private and getting through to me that way.
I'd like to change my number but keep my contract going.
I've tried to contact the customer service but they're restricting calls due to COVID-19 which is totally understandable but the incessant calls are making me anxious.

How do I get my number changed if I can't speak to an advisor?

Hi,

You would need to speak to customer service to change your number unfortunately there isnt any other way to change it mid contract.

Hi,
I have been trying to get through but everytime I say "number change", it doesn't let me speak to an advisor because it's not deemed as "urgent"
How did get through to an advisor?
