Change name and billing of phone

Hi I was just wondering if I’d be able to change the billing name and bank details to my phone.

You can change the bank details yourself via My O2 in manage my details.

Re the name change, if it's YOUR contract and your name has changed due to marriage , deed poll etc then follow this process https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/changing-your-name 

However, if the contract is in someone elses name, then no it can't be changed until it's ended and you take out your own contract.

Occasionally O2 will allow a name change of contract, for a very good reason, although both the contract holder and yourself would have to be there when you make the call.
