I would like to change the name and DOB this contract is under

There is no option to change the name as said above.
The only way is to cancel / close the current contract and start a new one in the desired name.

Unfortunately not possible mid contract.
All you can do is wait until renewal and take it out in a different name.

They can change the name if it's because of marriage or by deed poll. Info here :

Probably easier to wait and it's certainly not possible if this isn't the reason and the account is in the name of a parent or partner.

I have just renewed my contract and it didn’t give me an option to change my name and age. The contract was in my mums name but now I’m 18 I want it in my name
