You can change it but need to ccontact O2.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here.
Give O2 a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

If you are on the new billing system you can use My O2 browser version
Menu> Billing> Payment Methods. There is a drop down to change payment date
