It took a couple of months for mine to catch up after my last upgrade in Jan, despite having bought device and tariff in an O2 shop.

@pgn I had to get the twitter team involved on mine when upgraded to the 7 last september but it should just catch up and display the correct phone

The Twitter team seem to be more likely to get things sorted more quickly, where they can, I have noticed. Contact O2 on the website can be more hit-and-miss. Strange, but there we go. Community help here is, naturally, priceless grin

You cannot change it yourself.
It is supposed to update automatically when you start using the phone.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

My device details or IMEI number have not been available since I lost the Note 4 and replaced it in Thailand in January. I really can't be bothered to chase this up with customer service.
