Change from phone contract to sim only

My contract is ending in a month, I want to keep my existing phone and change to sim only. Currently can't get hold of O2 on the phone due to the Covid situation. I've tried to do this on line but can't find a way. Any ideas please?

Choose the upgrade option then scroll to sim deals. @LGA

I choose that option but it only gives me new phone deals 😫

No I have phone tab, tablet/other devices tab and that's it. No sim only tab. They're not given me that option and I can't contact them!

I understand totally. It's annoying when the offer is there but not giving you the option.
