Hi ,
I was called the other day and was 'persuaded' by Daniel to take a Pay Monthly tariff . He was citing COvid 19 and I would not be able to top up my phone soon as PAYGwill be short staffed.
I am not very technically minded .
He said all I have to do to keep number is to put Sim in phone and text SWAP . It is supposed to give me advice to follow . This has not happened. However I have changed my mind now and do NOT want to go to Pay Monthly .
I cannot find anywher on the site where I can stop the agreement AND the phone numbers are either dead or refer me back to the website .

I have tried to do all of this but I am getting nowhere. I have tried to do it online and by phone.
ed to do it online and by phone . The phone directs you back to online .
I am so let down.
