Hello any of you know how i can change my direct debit from one bank to another bank as i close my account where O2 was taking my montly plan , thanks

Registered:
Log in to your My o2 (either app or on PC).
Navigate to payment and billing details.
Enter the new account number and sort code.
Hit save.
And you're all done!

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).

Check with your bank as most will now transfer all your direct debits and standing orders when switching banks.
