Can I change direct debit to another bank account

Log into your account on the web.

Choose drop down "bills and current charges" and choose "change payment or address details".

You'll get a page saying you need to enter the code your phone gets sent, and then you can update the bank details.

That is how it works on my account, but I am not on the new 360 system so it might be different...

You can change it in the bills section of your MyO2 https://mymobile.o2.co.uk/

or contact payment management
To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.
You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

Best time to call is around 8.00am
