You can't alter the direct debit amount as it's a credit agreement and the direct debit will only take what's due on the agreement
You can make extra device payments at any time but for that
You need to call customer service to check

Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Choose the fraud or upgrade option if necessary
