Change date money gets taken out

Anonymous
Not applicable

I have been trying to call o2 for the last 2hours (got left waiting for 45mins), waiting for an o2 guru since 8am no joy there again...

All I'd like to know is how to change the date my bill gets taken out of my account.

Yeah, I didn't think it was an option anymore.
Back to CS it is them I guess.

You could try to do it in your MyO2 but I think only CS can change the date now.

Just checked Myo2.
Can change the account it comes out of, or make an additional payment, but nothing about the date.

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
