I’m late paying my bill and don’t wont to be cut off my payday each month is the 11th so can I change it so I know the direct debit comes out on time and I stay connected now

@Watkin95bradley If your payment is late you need to speak to the Payment Management Team on
0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
