You can change your address on your My O2 page https://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Scroll to the bottom of the page

Under Manage your account

Select View All

Scroll to Other Services

Select Change payment or Billing Address

You will then be sent 2 texts

One is a warning and the other is the OTP code
