I have received my bill this month and my tariff is not covering my usage. My tariff is £26 per month with a bolt on for data. I treid to swap my tariff yesterday to the new Unlimited on and on but told I couldn't. Can someone please advise what else I can do without doubling my tariff? I still have 14months left on my contrac.

You can drop 1 tariff down when you have 12 months remaining on your contract. 02 changed the terms and conditions last year.
