Solved: Change Tariff & Upgrade Phone

Hey,

Just curious, I would like to change my tariff, but the only options for me are the raise my monthly spend, not lower it, is this right?

Also, if I were to lower my monthly spend, am I still able to upgrade my handset?

I received my phone before Jan 2012, so I'm assuming my T&C's will allow me a tariff change.

If you lower your spend your upgrade is dictated by the new tarif.

Your best bet would be to phone CS you should be able to drop by one tarif level.

Sad but true.

Want a high end new shiny smartphone when you upgrade with no handset fee to pay then you may have to remain on a higher tariff !!
