Change Payment Date

I've set up a new contract and the billing date falls the wrong side of my payday.

Can I change? Is it easily done?

If I can, can I do it online or do I need to go into a store?

Hey

If your first bill hasn't passed yet then it can't be changed.

If your first bill has passed then it can be, and calling customer service on 202 will get it organised for you.

As far as I know it can't be changed online; having said that I've never tried to.
