Hi, I'm wanting to change the bank account my DD is taken from. I've logged onto my o2 and amend the details but I receive an error message that this cannot be done. I've tried several times with no luck. My account is up to date with no outstanding payments.
I cannot find a contact telephone number anywhere - please can someone advise?

You will need to contact o2 you can find the details here - Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.
8am is the best time to call

You should be able to change your bank details via My O2 under My details. However, over the past few days, My O2 appears to be suffering a few problems, so follow the info from @Anonymous above.
Hope it gets sorted soon.
