Change Direct Debit Date

Hi,

 

I will be starting a new job this week and I would like to change my current direct debit date to conicide with my new pay date. Would this be possible? If so, i'd like to change from the 16th to the 1st of each month.

Yes, it is possible, but we cannot do it on here as we are all customers like yourself.

Please call o2 on 202 and arrange it with an agent.

You must change at least 6 days before the payment is due though so you may get a double charge the first month, if not.
