Change Data Package to Blackberry

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hi - I upgraded from my Blackberry 9780 to a Nokia Lumia 820 in November and have really struggled to get on with the Lumia.  It's got to the point where I need to make a serious decision and the thought of another 22 months of the Nokia isn't great!

I went for the £26 Unlimited calls and text and 1GB data offer tariff and a 1GB data bolt-on at £5 via Carphone Warehouse.  Can I switch the additional data bundle for a Blackberry bolt-on?  I know that I'll need a SIM change, but before I start looking for a Blackberry, I want to make sure what I want to do is possible.

Grateful for your help please

Thanks

wellfed

Yes you can change to the data package to suit your phone via a call to CS.

Yes you need to contact CS on 202 from your phone and they will swap it over.

Funny, have yet to meet/speak to anybody that has got on with a lumia series phone yet.
