Change Bank Details for Direct Debit

How can you change your bank details for monthly Direct Debit my next payment is due 1st August and I would like future payments to be taken from a different bank account.

If you want to change the date you pay, you'll need to contact O2 on any number in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support 

If you want to change the bank you have payment taken from, you can do this yourself via your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

under My Details.
