You can find chat here http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus but if you have changed your name by marriage or deed poll you need to fill in a for and send it to O2.
Use this form https://www.o2.co.uk/business/support/accounts/transfer-an-account
Any other need for a name change can only be done when the contract is renewed or upgraded.
