Hello,
I currently have a simplicty sim contract that ends in March which is currently under my mums name. I'm now in a position where i can take over the bill and make the payments myself.
I wanted to know if it was possible to change / transfer the account holder into my name & account details?
Otherwise if i set up a new contract in my name and cancel the one in my mums name, is it possible to still keep my number by transfering it from my mums o2 sim to my new o2 sim?
Any suggestions will be appreciated,
