Hello.  Could anybody tell me how I go about claiming cashback please.  I have had my phone about 6 weeks now, I pay £29 a month but am sure when I signed up I could claim £2 per month back.

Thank you.

Hi @Carly1  are you talking about a discounted tariff? If so look at this https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/How-to-Guides/Where-is-my-discount-or-Extra-Data/bc-p/1075494

Not aware of any type of cashback offer ...

Cashback deals are usually offered by 3rd party sellers such as mobiles.co.uk etc.
If you took a contract through one of those sites you need to check the requirements stipulated by them to claim your cashback.
Usually you have to send copies of your bills at set intervals such as every 3, 6, 12 months etc.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

In addition, you may only have sixty days from the bill interval date(s), to send the bill in, tho you can usually do this electronically (.pdf)  - and then another 28 days wait to get the cheque, which you then have to remember to cash. This is cash back 'by redemption'.

Or you may have 'auto' cashback where you just get a cheque or even a payment straight to your bank account 38 days after the bill interval day.

Mainly you'll want to read the small print that came with the deal.
