Who offered you the cashback?
O2, another website, carphone warehouse?

@Anonymousyou appear to have two threads started tonight. One on cancelling direct debit here... ...https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/Cancel-direct-debit/td-p/1043239

Are they linked in any way? If so, it would make things easier if you kept everything on one thread...

Cashback is normally offered through one of the internet 3rd party companies.
Generally you need to submit one or more bills after a number of months to show that the contract is 1) still active and 2) being paid off.
However only you would know who you took the contract through and thus who to submit the bills to...

I'm not aware of o2 offering any cash back deals hence the reason for asking.
