I was just checking my bank account and noticed I've been paying Carphone Warehouse £12.99 monthly.

I just want to check as I have bought my phone and contract through an O2 shop directly. Would this £12.99 payment be for insurance for the phone?

@Smeinn The partnership between CPW and O2 ended March 2020. You'd probably need to call CPW to see what the charge on your account is for.

It won't have anything to do with your phone purchase if you bought from O2 directly.

It must be for another device or service you bought from CPW.
