I did not order this upgrade - we just talked about it.     Ive logged into my o2 and it says Im tied into a new 2 year deal!  Not happy. Does anyone know how I can email o2 customer services ?

@Brian1 O2 has no email address any longer (I know, I know). You took the contract with CPW. It's really them you should be dealing with.

Why does it show 0.00 against the price? Looks as if the 'order' cost nothing?!
