A couple of months ago I took out a new contract with Carphone Warehouse on O2 for £25 a month 12gb of data. They informed me that 3gb of that would be provided by O2 and 9GB would be provided by Carphone Warehouse. Obviously now that O2's contract has ended with Carphone Warehouse, presumabely O2 are now providing the full 12GB. This appeards on My O2 and on my bill - saying that I have 12GB, however, if I use 3GB on my phone I get a text from O2 claiming that I've used up all of my inclusive data. I'm hoping this is just an admin error and I won't be over charged for something that I'm already paying for? Basically want to know if I can ignore this or if I need to do anything.
