Hi I made a payment this morning on the 24th June for my monthly payment. The payment has came out twice on my card ending in 8204 but hasn't came out on my O2 balance reference number is

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

I take it you are on a Rolling Plan? As it wont come out of your balance, it will always come off the card, so you are correctly charged twice....
And it means you have £10 credit.
