Cap on data Web bolt-on?

The excessive usage limit on iPhone allowances is completely different from those of standard browsing allowances.
Although Text & Web works with iPhone, it's a generic tariff for any phone.
Due to the data intensive way iPhone works, O2 recommend you have the iPhone specific Web & Wifi Bolt On for £10 per month.
You can still have Text & Web as your tariff, so for £10 per month you would get the Text allowance with your tariff and the £10 pays for the bolt on for unlimited Web and Wifi access.
