Cant pay outstanding balance

Hi. I have a problem to pay my account because  of covid-19. o2 just switch off all calls and internet for me. So i cant call them to discuss this situation. So i just want someone talk with me or i will throw away o2 simcard.

To pay bills, ask for payment extensions etc, you need to contact the Payment Management Team.

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

Your phone will still get restricted automatically as no one has the relative skill to override the system. You will need to call again to be reconnected
