Hi, i am unable to pay my bill as i cant sign into my o2, my phone is broke and im using computer, i have tried to find live chat or email but haven't managed to get anywhere, i dont have a direct debit set up so the bill needs to be paid manually, i really dont know what else to do and im worried about my credit being affected by the missed payment can anybody help thanks.
