Cant find my order confirmation?

Hi, yesterday i upgraded my contract and phone to an S20 ultra 5g which obviously had the offer to claim the free active watch however during the claim it requires an invoice/receipt/order confirmation with date of purchase, the retailer name/logo and the qualifying product purchased.

 

However i have not been given any of the things it asks for and i cant find them anywhere, does anyone know where i could find it at or how i could get what i need?

It will appear in your orders section of your MyO2 once the device has been delivered and your MyO2 updated.
