Cant find any help, pay and go issue

Hi.

I canceled my contract recently, and topped up my phone with £10 for the 1st time in years.

And with the tarrif it has: 'Text and Web'

I should get 300 free texts and 500mb with this.

When I text it's fine, i get the 300 free ones. 

But i have no idea how to use the 500mb data i get too?

I used to have unlimtied with my old contract, and i could use data easily, but now i can't seem to use any. Anyone have any idea why?

You don't say which phone you have but the settings for P&G are different than pay monthly.

Try texting ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings.
