I'm trying to order me a iphone 6 plus refurb and the support doesnt even help after 5 hours of trying to get help!!
Both my cards have given an error on the page and I cant proceed to part 3 of the order and has been told to "keep trying to order it throughout 3 days"
Shouldnt have to go through this, awful support.

One way round this if your dad is ok with it....Get him to order it for you and you pay him via his bank. I bet it wont fail the credit check then...:smileywink:
