Cant even order it!

I'm trying to order me a iphone 6 plus refurb and the support doesnt even help after 5 hours of trying to get help!!

Both my cards have given an error on the page and I cant proceed to part 3 of the order and has been told to "keep trying to order it throughout 3 days"

Shouldnt have to go through this, awful support.

It does a credit check thing then fails. My dads going to contact the bank later.

I wish we could say something to encourage you but can't. It's typical of the problems seen with ordering online!

One way round this if your dad is ok with it....Get him to order it for you and you pay him via his bank. I bet it wont fail the credit check then...:smileywink:
