Cant contact anyone about a late payment

Due to the current covid situation I wont be able to pay this month's bill. I have read all the details that say I can defer a payment but I cannot find any to contact o2 regarding this. I need my phone to contact family who are vulnerable to help out. I really dont want to be just cut off. I'm really struggling to speak to o2 about this. Can anyone please help

The only way is to call then and persevere, if you get cut off, call back. You will eventually get through to someone

Did you get any joy with this? Am in the same boat and nothing works at all. Cant get through to anyone dosnt even ring.
