Cant access my voicemail

im having issues listening to my voicemail. im currently overseas and have been for a while. i call 901 and it says "Your pin" and then cuts the call. Sometimes it just says "your" and then cuts the call. I need to access my voicemail. Please help?

I can't even call 901 to add an option? So how do I go about this?

Every time I call 901 it cuts out half way through saying my pin

Hi there I have read your guide I've tried calling 901 straight I've tried calling my own phone number to go to voiceail which didn't work but probably ed costly and I can't call 1780 and I've tried speaking to a real person on the phone at customer service but that's like trying to find a pink elephant. Any other suggestions I'm stuck?

M15 before I switched my phone on and phone that number as its costs me alot to make calls. What is that number you have given me? Is that another number I can contact a person to step me through what I have to do? Or is it an automated service?
