Hi, my last bill I can see is the December 2017. Where can I find my bills since then?
Also, I received an e-mail from you stating that my airtime was £75.46 last month. I am not sure why it is so much. Can you help please?

Have you changed contract since December 2017? If you have, O2 may have "lost track" of you, and re-registration may be necessary. Also other sellers, like Carphone Warehouse of old, used to put you on their own billing system, if you weren't careful (for example).
Just a thought, @Natalia. I hope the guide link posted by @MI5 has helped - O2's billing system can get a bit confused, requiring you to clear cookies in your browser to be able to get right down into the bill detail section.
