I cannot pay my bill due to losing my job because of Covid 19. Im receiving texts saying I will be cut off, I can't get through on the phones for the 5th day now its impossible! What do I do? I cannot be cut offm

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

That's the number I've been trying.. it just keeps saying "we are unable to take calls" so stressful
